Description
The knight goby is a goby from fresh and brackish water of South and Southeast Asia, from India to Indonesia. The species grows to about 9 cm and has a light-grey, pearly body sprinkled with black spots, and tall dorsal fins. It lives in river mouths, mangroves and canals and hunts small invertebrates. It is popular in the aquarium trade. The fish is harmless to humans and is assessed as Least Concern (LC) by the IUCN.
