Delete your account

You can request the deletion of your Fin's Fish Guide account at any time. When we delete your account, we remove the account itself and the data linked to it, such as your saved catches and identification history. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

The fastest way is in the app itself. Open My account and settings (tap Fin in the top right) and choose Delete account at the bottom. Your logbook, your own lists and your profile are erased right away, both on our server and on your device, and you are signed out everywhere. No waiting, no email needed.

No longer have the app on your device, or cannot sign in? Fill in the form below and press Submit request. This opens an email to us with your request; just hit send in your mail app. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email once your account has been deleted.
